The School’s major activities include: a highly regarded MBA program and undergraduate program; an established doctoral program active in most major areas of management; and an expanding portfolio of programs for executives, including an Executive MBA delivered in Canada and Hong Kong. The School seeks candidates for a probationary tenure-track Assistant Professor in the area of Organizational Behaviour. This position is available to begin in July 2013. Applicants for this appointment must hold, or be nearing the completion of a doctorate degree. The successful candidate must demonstrate the motivation and capacity to excel in both research and teaching. Qualifications will include a demonstrated interest in, and capacity to do research publishable in top academic and practitioner outlets, as well as a desire to develop strong case method teaching competence. While all candidates are encouraged to apply, those with research interests in negotiations, collaboration, groups and teams, and cross-level research will be given priority.

The School is located in London, Ontario, a community of 365,000 equidistant from Toronto and Detroit. The Canadian Executive MBA facilities are located at the Exchange Tower in downtown Toronto. A campus is also located in Asia at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center. The School is part of a larger University community with approximately 35,000 students.
