PUBLICATION DATES:
The LERA Newsletter is published four times a year - March, June, September, and December - by the Labor and Employment Relations Association. It is distributed to all active members and subscribers. Additionally, a pdf of each version is posted on the LERA website in the Members Online Library.

"Positions Available" and "Situations Sought" advertising will be accepted. "Positions Available" advertising will be accepted from employers who have their own positions to advertise and from employment agencies seeking to recruit for others. Advertising will be accepted from publishers of books and journals, organizations announcing meetings or educational conferences, graduate programs seeking to recruit students, and other organizations seeking to provide information or services of interest to the membership. All advertising must be in the interest of the members and conform with the goals and purposes of the LERA.

COST:
Advertising will be charged at the rate of $40 per column inch
A column is a half page wide (3.65" wide). Each inch normally includes approx. 60 words
A quarter page vertical will typically run 5" deep and cost $200
A half page vertical will run 10" deep and cost $400
A full page is 7.5" wide by 9.75" deep and cost $750

DEADLINES:
February Issue: December 1 for reservation and January 1 for final art or copy
June Issue: April 1 for reservation and May 1 for final art or copy
September Issue: July 1 for reservation and August 1 for final art or copy
December Issue: October 1 for reservation and November 1 for final art or copy

Reservations may be taken up to final deadlines but will be made on a space-available basis only. The LERA will accept pdf files or art, or will set text-only ads in a style and format consistent with its layout at no additional charge to the advertiser.
