Job Description

Clackamas County's Department of Employee Services (DES) is seeking an entry level Human Resources (HR) Specialist who has daily direct customer contact and strong HRIS skills. 

Experience
Applicant must have at least 1 year of recent HR experience in any of the HR disciplines.

Description
The HR Specialist will provide front-line support for all disciplines including; recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, employee relations, labor relations, training and development, HRIS, and diversity.  Each of these programs is administered by a HR Manager who provides guidance and direction on assignments specific to the functional area.  One of these HR Mangers is the primary supervisor for this position.
