Reporting to our Director, Human Resources, this position, based at Springfield Regional Medical Center, develops and administers the organization’s labor relations policies, and acts as subject matter consultant and resource to senior management and HR staff. You will administer collective bargaining agreements and participate in monthly labor management meetings; assist in the resolution of grievances and disciplinary matters; prepare Memoranda of Understanding and other documents relating to labor relations assignments; and provide training, interpretation and orientation for union contract-related issues to department managers and associated personnel.
