Lecturer Position (Part-Time) in Labor Studies and Employment Relations (World Campus), Penn State University, Department of Labor Studies and Employment Relations, University Park, PA
The Department of Labor Studies and Employment Relations at The Pennsylvania State University, University Park campus, invites applications for part-time instructors to begin Summer 2012. Instructors normally teach one or two courses a semester and can do so from any geographic location. Successful applicants will teach courses in our online Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations (MPS in HRER) graduate program and Labor and Employment Relations (LER) undergraduate program in the Summer 2012 semester and beyond.
Candidates should be able to teach a range of courses in the areas of organizational behavior in the workplace, international and comparative human resources/employment relations, labor economics/labor markets, and employment and labor law. Ideal candidates will have a graduate degree (Masters, J.D., or Ph.D) and both teaching and professional experience.
