Participate with LERA in 2013 ASSA/AEA Annual Meeting
"New Economic Realities: Risk, Inequality and Workplace Relations"
The 2013 ASSA/AEA (American Economics Association) Annual Meeting will be held in San Diego, CA, January 4-6, 2013; LERA has organized 27 sessions on the program.
Registration and hotel accommodations will be addressed online at the ASSA/AEA website, and they will open registration the September 12, 2012. Basic steps to attend conference - Beginning September 12th, 2012
1. Register - https://conf.aeaweb.org/
Regular earlybird registration is $65 before December 1, and be sure to mark "LERA" on your registration form. Note: you must register before you will be able to take advantage of the deeply discounted hotel room rates (of about $99 per night). LERA sessions will be held at the San Diego Marriott Marquis & Marina, but you will need to visit the ASSA headquarters hotel Manchester Grand Hyatt to pick up your meeting materials.
2. Reserve your hotel room (if needed) - http://registration3.experientevent.com/ShowALL131/Default.aspx
As soon as you register, you will receive an email from assa@vanderbilt.edu that will contain a 5-digit housing code. Once you receive this code, proceed to the housing form listed here and reserve your room. The LERA hotel is the San Diego Marriott Marquis & Marina.
