Organizational Membership Benefits
Organizational members are recognized for their support of the LERA and its mission online, in LERA publications, and at LERA meetings and conferences.
Organizational members may network with LERA Industry Councils, organized along industry lines, or charter a new Council. You may also be active in LERA Interest Sections, which are germaine to particular professions within the field.
On-line Outreach and Involvement
Organizational members have access to a number of LERA ListServs to reach out to other practitioners and academics in the field as well as receive information on LERA activities and resources. Also, our organizational members may visit our LERA Commons blogsite and keep tabs on the latest research and current trends in the industry and even add their own commentary to on-going discussions.
LERA organizational members receive advance information and discounts on registration fees to LERA annual meetings, national policy forums, and regional and chapter conferences around the country.
Organizational members receive a wealth of information and insight into the field of industrial relations and human resources, including subscriptions to all of our publications, and access to our LERA "Online Members-only Library" which contains current publications and archives of past editions and articles.
