The Chapter affords an opportunity for all those in the greater San Diego area who are active or interested in labor-management relations, either in the private or public sector, to meet periodically and to consider matters of common professional interest in a non-adversary setting. The membership (currently 40) includes representatives of companies and unions; government representatives; arbitrators and other neutrals; attorneys and consultants; and teachers and students in various disciplines. The membership year runs from July 1 through June 30 of the following year.  The Chapter holds five meetings each year offering speaker programs and interactive training on topics of common interest. The social hour begins at 5:00, dinner at 6:00 and the program from 7:00 – 8:00.

Dues are $35.
