The 35-member chapter served an eight-county area between New York City and the New York Capitol District along the Hudson Valley. The chapter held dinner meetings alternating Tuesdays through Thursday in and around the I-84/Route 9 corridor (Fishkill and Newburgh) and held a Westchester meeting. The chapter published a newsletter and an annual membership directory.
Dues were $25 regular, $10 student, $50 organizations.
Affiliated with National IRRA 1986.
