Congratulations on being invited to publish your paper or remarks in the LERA Proceedings!

Have you reviewed the Author Guidelines 2024 for submission requirements and paper formatting? Please do so before uploading your paper.

General Instructions

1. Read the Author Guidelines.
2. Print/complete the "Author Agreement Form" (on page 7 of the Author Guidelines)
3. Scan the completed Author Agreement Form into a PDF file.
4. Upload both the Author Agreement Form and your paper using the Upload form below.

Need to fax a form?

If scanning sounds hard, and you need to fax the Author Agreement Form, feel free to do so at 217-244-6500. Simply upload your paper here using the e-form at the bottom of this page, and fax in your Author Agreement Form.

Deadlines

You can submit your paper anytime it is ready between now and six weeks following the meeting, although you need to inform us of your intent to publish in the Proceedings by ten days following the meeting. The deadline for having all final files uploaded is six weeks following the conclusion of the meeting in which you presented your research paper.
